Day Trip to Coochie Mudlo Island

Date: 1 May 2017

Cost: the ferry is $8 per person.

Leaving at 9AM and going to Victoria Point to catch the ferry over to Coochie Mudlo Island for the day.

There is heaps to do there:
– 5km walk track around the whole island
– you can hire bikes for the day
– swimming or beachin’ it (relaxing on the sand)
– you can hire canoes, kayaks, aqua bikes etc too
– there is a kiosk available but if people want they can bring there own food or we can all bring to share.

Join us next Saturday 16 April (2-5pm) for an enjoyable working bee around our fantastic new church property. It will literally be a walk in the park.

We want to join forces and tidy up the creek area on the church property, followed by a BBQ.

Bring your rakes, mattocks, shovels, trailers, council waste vouchers, wheel barrows, gloves, spiders, rattle snakes and other items that you might find in any household garden.

SAFETY: Fully enclosed shoes or boots, and sun protection (long sleeves or sunscreen, trousers, etc.

Riverside Men listen up !

Now is the chance to shine and demonstrate your bowling skill with Riverside Men at Ten Pin Bowling.

Cost: About $22 – $25 for 2 games + shoe hire if needed

Date: 19 March, from 3:30pm

Location: AMF Bowling, 407 Archerfield Rd, Richlands

We have booked 3 lanes, so please tell us early if you are able to come along. We can always try to book more if required.
